Trip to Town

today i decided to take a break....so ah seng jio mi out go yamcha at town...
on the street we encounter a ah peh who happen to be a fortuneteller there to make a living...
the fortune teller say until how zhun he is, say not zhun no need pay, then he predict alot of things for ah seng,
say what and what will happen to him, and how rich he will get, ah seng say you finish liao? then he walk off without paying, the fortune teller stop him say you have not pay me, ah seng say you not zhun one, no need to pay...the fortune teller say which part not zhun....if u so zhun, how come u cant predict i got no money to pay u?

i was like = = , LOL
knn...ah seng is a damn funny guy...u all muz meet him oneday....

Another week hav past...time seem to pass very fast... as usual im still working in different type of jobs everyday...currently now trying to sell vcd in BlueMax, as i nv tried selling those vcd, i decided to give it a try...
And i muz admit its not as easy as i thought...haha... during this period i made few more frens, one of them is Patrick a 30yr old fulltimer, he taught mi alot of things, take stock, order stock, selling tactics...etc
its very funny when oneday i called him after work, here is the conversation, mi :
"eh Patrick 今天你那边做到怎样?" Patrick:" 我跟你讲hor我这里的dvd player坏掉,不能play给customer看啊! 他妈的,今天卖很少而已, 还没有跟老板讲啊." mi:" 哇唠, 你已经很好了, 我这里连一个屁都没有啊，你还有dvd player很好了咧, 我看我的sales还比你少啊!" Patrick:" 他妈的, 我管他啊，dvd player 坏掉叫他来换他没有换，我用什么来play?用屁股play啊?!" Mi:" =.='' "

Patrick is a funny and honest chap, althou we work at differ location but we always call each other talkcock sing song, haha...realli entertaining...lol
Nowadays everywhere also got great singapore sales, if i not remember wrongly i saw a 50% discount somemore in tampines...i was thinking, knn so good meh everytime great sale somemore knn 50% somemore !!
But if u look properly the board knn got those small small words:" 50% for only 2nd items purchase" somemore bottom, i tink oneday if im free i will go play them....then i will buy 1st item like $1-2, then 2nd item i buy the thing i wan....if u all nv see properly u all buy u all wallet sure got hole one...if u all dun believe u all can go and see if u all go shopping...haha

Yst i went to this newly open cafe in simei, i went to buy a ice coffee which cost $1.50... as usual they do the same thing as hot coffee, put powder, hot water, then add milk and sugar in a aluminum tin, they stir finish liao then use the normal paper cup put ice then pour inside....knn u make like this wan charge mi $1.50, the amount is the same bcoz got alot ice they put inside... not i wan to "gei gao" this few cents but u drink the same taste as hot one but juz tat got ice only u tink u happy meh? somemore taste sour 1 loh, knn nextime i go i will order the hot coffee which cost $0.90 and a cup of ice...then i will pour the hot one inside the cup of ice in front of them, knn ur ice cost $0.60 ah? wan to charge more at least clever abit lah...giv bigger servings or be special abit mah...dun not starbuck go act starbuck mah...wahahahaha

These few days i hav been thinking," wat am i going to do, if i wan to archieve something tat normal methods wont giv mi?" Bcoz i come to point tat if i keep continuing my normal way of doing things i will defintely get the same kind of result, but if i wan to archieve diff kind of result i muz defintely do something different!

There r 3 type of ppl:
1)願意改變懂得反省自己的缺點
2)不願改變只反省自己的優點
3)一成不變只檢討別人

Recently i hav met some old frens outside, most of them r working adults, after their work we went to "yamcha" at one of the kopitiam. I was amazed on how they critizise on their job and company, most of them is not satisfied working at tat kind of environment. I ask them 1 qns," Wat hav u done so far, if u r not happy in the company?" All of them replied the same thing,"like tat loh..wat more can we do?"
Then i asked them 2nd qns," Do u all wan to hav a better life in the future?"
They all nodded,"of coz we wan lah." They claim they wan, but wat hav they done so far?

Wat do u mean by changing? change for mi is something tat muz be done the opposite way rather using the normal way. Most ppl tat resist change i can say is in their "comfort zone", they dun see the need or reason to change unless they feel the heat. Let mi ask u one simple qns, lets say touchwood oneday our parents r gone leaving ur younger silbings behind, wat would u do? r u going to studying and play or r u going to work to support them and takecare of them?

Change for mi till now is a simple word yet hard to execute.. everyday i keep doing those stuff i dun like to do. If today i dun like to talk to ppl, i will try to approach them, if i dunlike to giv phonecalls to ppl, i make sure i will phone ppl, if i dun like to read, i make it a habit to read, if im a quiet person then try be a sociable person, if im impatient, try to be patient then.

Change of coz muz be on the good side of it lah, and defintely will take time de...

Change the way u tink abt change

Have u ever met someone who wasnt happy unless he or she was going through some kind of massive change? Perhaps there r a few individuals in this world who thrive on uncertainty, enjoy feeling insecure and love to hav their routines disrupted. But i tink it would be safe to say tat most ppl resist change, especially when it affects an idea, position or practice tat is near and dear to them. Althou ppl in leadership roles r offen called upon to be agents of change, i hav found tat leaders resist change as much as followers do. Tat poses a big prob in tis world of rapid transition n constant flux. There is phase which enlighten mi, somehow happen to be true, "Unchanged leaders equal unchanged organisations". My goal in this post is not to teach u how to enact change or tell u when u need to change. I merely wan to help u understand wat most people - including many leaders - tink abt change.

1) Most ppl change juz enuff to get away frm their prob, not enuff to solve them. They change juz enuff to escape; and as soon as they escape, they say," Im ok now - I dont hav to do anything else." Unfortunately, tis is like painting a rusty car, sooner or later the paint wears off and the rust has only gotten worse.

2) Most ppl wan to hcange their curcumstances to improve their lives instead of changing themselves to improve their circumstances. Lets say u came to mi, as leader offen do and said "Xiaoqiang, giv mi some leadership ideas so i can change the people of my organisation." Well, im happy to offer leadership advise, but not so u can change someone else. If i giv u advise, i'd like it to change u. Bcoz if i can change u, ur organisation will change too. As im fond of saying," Ppl do wat ppl see."

3) Most ppl do the same thing the same way and expect different results. I see it happen all he time: ppl keep doing the same thing th same way, and yet they expect something to get better. When u wan something u've nv had, u hav to do something u've nv done b4.

4) Most ppl r willing to chnage, not bcoz they see the light, but bcoz they feel the heat. Read this carefully. As a leader, u better change when u see the light bcoz if u wait n change when u feel the heat, its too late. Leaders go 1st. I know, sometimes u dont wan to go 1st, especially when it comes to change. But u hav to - tats wat it means to lead.

5) Most ppl r unwilling to pay the immediate price of change; therefore they do not change and pay the ultimate price. Changes is uncomfortable. It's unsettling. Sometimes, its downright painful. But in the long run, the alternative is offen much, much worse.

6)Most ppl see change as a hurtful thing tat muz be done, instead of a helpful thing tat shld be done. Not all change is gd. Some changes r based on bad ideas. Others r self-serving to the ppl who enact them. But as someone once said:" We cannot become wat we nid to be by remaining wat we are."

Did u see urself in any of these six observations? If so, decide todae to change the way u tink abt change. Why is tis so impt? Bcoz when change is successful, u will look back at it and call it growth.

I hope tat the the 4th post will realli help my frens out there alot and enlighten them....bcoz in wat ever things we do, we muz always 1st weighs the pros and cons b4 executing something.... Thank you ^^"" Wahahaha!!!

After a long break i finally decided to drag my lazy hands to write this 3rd post...haha
sound very "mian qiang" but i will try to make it interesting lah..but no promise ok

this few weeks i hav been going to out with alot of frens... my buddies, campmates, secondary, basketball, lan gaming frens, pool fren, company frens...
we hav a great time together, mostly eating and playing loh...get to know them quite well as we spend time talking to each other... hear their problems and their joy...its great feeling if they confide to u their thoughts...
overall, this few weeks hav been a fulfilling week for mi...altot time spend is alot but its worthwhile...

Recently juz vote my 1st GE...coz i am 21old and above...so bo bian hav to vote...altot im not realli into political stuff i feel tat its realli interesting to hear different parties giving speech and talks to our sg...
most of the topic is regarding to the rise of the living standard and low income residents, or why sg hav to pay so high tax and etc...
at 1st im very worried if my vote will affect our life if we chose the wrong party...but after analysing these parties, i hav my own conclusion...

PAP = pay and pay
WP = why pay?
SDP = so dun pay

and the ans is very obvious lah...common sense ppl will noe de...

so next time if got new party form hor, better hav a good name , maybe like SAS , save and save, wahahahaha!

As this is my 2nd post, i hope i can type a good post using my already "buang" english to assist mi...
althou typing in chinese is my advantage but poor mi is using the longtime outdated win98 which is already installed in my pathetic com, it doesnt hav any input device for chinese pingyin and it offen get "sick" for no reason, no choice got to spend some money to go to "doc" to get it fix, haiz... no choice juz "jiang jiu" dian ok...haha

Its has been a longtime since i enter another world, the army... about 1yr and 11months hav past already...
althou not many boys like us like the army life but there's nthing u can do if u r a singaporean ...
u juz hav to "ying zhe tou pi" and serve the 2yrs plus of ns...
for the 1st 3mths i was like thinking "wat the hell, wat am i doing here?"
but the fact is the fact...its not a dream that u can wakeup and nothing has happen to u...
for the first few months im struggling very hard in tekong island... i duno why...maybe i was weak during tat time, everyday after those "xiong" training... i would spend most of the time sleeping on the cooling floor in my bunk... and listen to my fav anime songs... i guess the only entertainment for mi is those moral boosting anime song i hav in my discman... nothing else can replace at the time...

well time seems to past very fast...im going to ord soon in june...whether anot how blur my future is i cannot predict... coz i realli cant say much with the current situation im in now... but for most of my frens, i can say tat im relieved tat most of them are living very well at the moment...and i realli hope they will be better than mi, seriously!!

but...i told myself 1 thing...im not gonna lose to u all out there...im out of the living hell soon...after tat im gonna put in my best and chiong for my future....those who wan to chiong wiith are mostly welcome...wahahaha ^^""
